GLP-1

The mental blocks that used to hold me back simply weren’t there. There was no overthinking or hesitation; I just went with the flow.

Before starting this journey, I was consuming an excessive amount of sugar. When I made the decision to quit sugar cold turkey, I was prepared for it to be a challenge. But within just a week, I experienced a level of mental clarity and focus that I hadn’t felt in years.

By the second week, I noticed a dramatic improvement in how I moved. Activities that once felt like a struggle became much easier, and my recovery after walking or exercising improved significantly.

My stamina has only grown stronger. Over the summer and autumn, I was walking 10,000 steps daily with crutches. Today, I’m walking 7,000 steps without them—and that number keeps climbing!

Even more amazing is how much energy I have. For the past five years, my life had been mostly sedentary, but now I find it hard to sit still. I’m constantly moving, and it feels incredible.

I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me. For the first time, I feel like I’m becoming the version of myself that I’ve always envisioned—the one I see in my mind, not the one I’ve seen in the mirror or in photos.

This is just the beginning, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.

Warning Very vulnerable post.

Between Hashimoto and menopause, I have been packing on the weight, tired, sluggish, and brain fog Trisynergizer (Nrf2, NRF1, NAD), collagen, and Axio helped a ton. But…

GLP-1 is key! with Hashitmoto hypothyroidism my body doesn’t regulate sugars, metabolism slows, elevated cholesterol all the things. Most people with Hashi eventually take GLP-1 injections.

I am a little over 5 weeks in to using our GLP-1 activator. I am floored by the progress. What I am feeling inside is absolutely amazing. Better sleep, More energy, More Focus, Less food noise & cravings

But the physical results are only proving it.  Down 4lbs, Down over 6 inches, Less bloat.

More tone and definition!
